Temple Tiger Thamel Apartment

We stay hotel in Kathmandu.

It's a mordenest hotel in Kathmandu.

There is a room and kitchen.

Room service is not high.

There's no drinking water!

I think he want some tip.

How much should I tip the door man?

I think that is hotels of the basic service.

Next day in the morning. There is a any trouble.

Suddenly the hot water stopped.

There's no hot water!!!!

Wait a moment! the manager said to me again.

No one said to me to say sorry! I don't feel like.

It's a usually event for Nepalian.

It's a very cold to korean.

Nowadays, It is very cold.

감기 걸리기 딱 알맞은 상황에 흥분하지 않을 수 없었습니다. we dislike to have a cold.

There is a hot water next cheapest hote.

We used to use small hot water tank.

There is enough hot water.

They said only, Wait a moment! Wait a moment!

하여튼 머리 감다가 난리법석이 났습니다. we are not happy.

He is a Korean barista. Hi, nice to meet you!

He say that Nepal coffee is the best in the world.  Many people said that Etiopia's coffee tastes is the best around the world! but,

Nepal's coffee tastes is the best around the world!

Nepal's coffee is more expensive than famous Etiopia's

I don't buy Nepal's coffee because I have many Etiopia's coffee.

It's a good hotel if you don't mind the barking dog next door.

Temple Tiger Thamel Apartment is an excellent choice if you want to have an apartment type accommodation in prime location in Kathmandu! This hotel is located right opposite to Blue Horizon hotel near noisy bazaar area but on a quiet side street. If you don't mind the barking dogs next door... They have 24h reception and security guards at the gate.

The place is about three years old and has spacious clean rooms and bathrooms. All rooms have modern fully equipped kitchens (gas cooker, fridge, micro, water boiler etc.). We stayed in a nice apartment which had a bar kitchen in a relatively big living room, separate bedroom and bathroom, but they also have really big apartments with two bedrooms and a huge living room! We paid 2250INR (50USD) per night and thought it was worth it!

Despite I'd recommend this place to others, there are some minus sides also. Power cuts are very common in Kathmandu; This hotel has a generator on the rooftop but because neighbors complain about the noise it makes, the hotel staff doesn't want to switch it on... So all your fancy kitchen equipments, not to mention your bedroom AC, are non-functional most of the time... We insisted them to put the generator on late in the evening, which they finally did, but of course our room charger was broken! Finally that was fixed, thanks to Ram Kumar, who is the man running around and doing his level best to keep this place up. He does absolutely everything possible to make the guests stay comfortable!!! Unfortunately the owner isn't really interested in developing the place or doing anything to solve electric problems so there is a possibility of this place going down... Despite you pay for AC, which you can't use most of the time, we thought it was worth the money. Well, we were there during Easter time so it was possible to keep the windows (which had mosquito nets btw!) open and sleep in relatively cool room. I just wish the dogs in the neighborhood hadn't had that much to discuss!!
